RN Traveler Intermediate Care/Stepdown

Overview Sentara Obici Hospital located in Suffolk, Virginia is hiring an experienced Traveler Registered Nurse for the IMCU Stepdown unit. Location Suffolk, VA Shift Third (Nights) Compensation $70 per hour for a 14‑week contract. Education Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in the Nursing Field required. Certification / Licensure Virginia or Compact Multi‑State License in good standing Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Experience Must have two or more years of current acute care hospital RN experience. Unit Overview The IMCU at Sentara Obici Hospital provides care for patients with a variety of surgical, cardiac, and post‑procedural neuro cases that step down from ICU. The unit maintains a 1:5 patient‑to‑staff ratio and is supported by additional patient care technicians, educators, and a strong leadership team.
