We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Licensed Insurance Producer to join our growing agency. In this role, you'll develop new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most through customized insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, inbound leads, and community outreach.
• Conduct insurance reviews to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Sell Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance products, including Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, Life, and Small Business policies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare insurance quotes, explain policy options, and close sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and production targets.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM and agency management systems.
• Collaborate with customer service representatives to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Perform customer service responsibilities for existing customers.
• Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training, sales coaching, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Life & Health Insurance License preferred or willingness to obtain.
• 1+ years of insurance sales or insurance agency experience preferred.
• Proven success in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM or agency management software.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
