Senior / Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role This role focuses on promoting healthcare services and facilities, building strong relationships with doctors and clinics, and growing the referral network including insurance companies, medical agents and third-party administrators, in a bid to generate new business opportunities and support business growth. Key responsibilities Market and promote the Group's surgical/imaging services and facilities to increase caseload. Identify and approach potential doctors, clinics and corporate partners. Build and maintain good relationships with doctors, clinic teams and other healthcare partners. Develop new doctor and clinic accounts, and explore opportunities to grow surgical cases. Follow up on enquiries, potential cases and referral opportunities. Support and coordinate marketing activities, events and doctor engagement sessions. About you Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, business development, or healthcare sales. Prior experience in healthcare, medical agents, third party administrators or insurance is preferred. Good communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
