Assembly Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Operator II to join a growing manufacturing team in a clean room environment. This role is ideal for individuals with electro-mechanical assembly experience who enjoy working with precision, following detailed procedures, and contributing to the production of high-quality medical products.

Pay: $21-$23.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble medical device components following established work instructions and procedures.
• Perform a variety of assembly processes
• Conduct visual and microscope inspections to ensure product quality standards are met.
• Complete required production documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor in-process product quality and report any issues to production leadership.
• Assist with production line setup, changeovers, and line clearance activities.
• Support and train entry-level assembly team members as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of electro-mechanical or medical device assembly experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to accurately count, measure, and follow detailed instructions.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, clean room, or regulated production environment is highly preferred.
