Senior Implementation Specialist (Fully Remote)

Guide new and existing restaurant brands as they join the Olo Platform or expand their tech stack. Report directly to the Senior Manager, Implementation and contribute to the Engage Suite evolution. How You'll Make an Impact: Lead execution of a portfolio of implementation projects with varying levels of complexity. Champion customer needs and provide troubleshooting and support during implementations. Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Specialists, Product Managers, and Support teams. What Will Set You Up for Success: 3+ years managing customer relationships, project or account management, or integration implementation work. Demonstrated ability to advocate for customers and create excellent customer experiences. Experience training customers on product best practices and solving problems using available resources. Fully remote role within the UK with flexibility to work from anywhere. Preferred experience with Asana, Jira, Salesforce, Google Suite, and Zendesk. Ability to be on-call after-hours or weekends as business needs arise.
