Collections Manager

The finance arm of Frank Myers Auto Maxx, one of countries most awarded independent dealerships, is searching for an experienced Collections Manager to lead our collections efforts and help customers keep the promises they made when they purchased their vehicle.

This isn't a "sit behind a desk and make calls all day" position. We're looking for someone who understands that successful collections is really about communication, problem solving, accountability, and customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

• Automotive collections, Buy Here Pay Here, finance company, or consumer lending collections

• Skip tracing and locating customers and vehicles

• Managing delinquent accounts and reducing charge-offs

• Negotiating payment arrangements and following through

• Repossessions and recovery processes

• Collection software and reporting systems

• Coaching customers toward successful outcomes while protecting company assets
