Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and serve meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining, and storage areas Follow portion control and food safety procedures in compliance with health regulations Assist with menu planning and inventory rotation Provide a positive dining experience that supports student health and morale Qualifications: Prior experience in institutional, cafeteria, or commercial food service Knowledge of safe food handling practices and sanitation standards Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends HS diploma/GED At Job Corps, every meal is more than food — it’s fuel for student success.
