Physical Therapist - Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient role focused on enhancing patient mobility, comfort, and activity levels. The position involves evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering interventions including aquatic therapy, documenting care in EMR, and collaborating with the care team. Candidates should hold an active license, possess 1-5 years of clinical experience (preferably outpatient), and have relevant certifications such as BLS. Responsibilities include maintaining productivity, supporting clinic culture, and potentially advancing into clinic leadership roles based on experience and leadership skills. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active state licensure required. Preferred experience in outpatient settings. Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Key Duties Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based practices, including aquatic therapy. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Document treatments accurately in EMR systems.
