Behavior Technician (BT)
Join Our Educational Services Team in Glendora, CA! Covelo Group is looking for experienced Behavior Technicians (BT) or Behavior Therapists to join the Educational Services team. In this role, you'll support teachers and school administrators by working with students with behavior challenges in a classroom setting!

As a Behavior Technician (BT) you will:
- Work one-on-one or with multiple students in a classroom, helping them manage their behavior and optimize their learning experience.
- Encourage positive behaviors and set appropriate boundaries.
- Observe and report students' progress toward their IEP/504 plan goals.
Qualifications for this Behavior Technician (BT) position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior ABA experience working with children in a home, facility, or school setting is preferred but not required.
- BLS certification.
