Our firm has been involved in some of the most transformative transactions in the space, with more than $40 billion in M&A and capital markets activity over the past decade.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs an Associate at Stephens, you will play a central role on deal teams, helping drive live engagements, mentor analysts and develop the judgment and leadership expected of senior investment banking professionals. Associates are entrusted with important workstreams across financial analysis, due diligence and the creation and presentation of client materials.
