Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Cardiovascular Medical Surgical Tele- Evenings

Hourly Pay Range: $43.69 - $67.72. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator Location: Glenbrook Hospital Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, Evening Shift – Hours to be discussed with manager, with rotating weekends and holidays Hours: 40 Required Travel: N/A What you will need: License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required. Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred. Certification: BLS/CPR certification required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in appropriate clinical setting required; prior management experience preferred. Skills: N/A What you will do: Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience. Manage day-to-day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput. Assume direct patient care if necessary. Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s). Guide and direct a team of caregivers in providing high-quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge. Guide staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling with new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer loyalty skills. Takes lead on clinical performance management.
