What We Are Looking For We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and a leader position in the mattress industry for 35+ years, we operate as a USA family-owned and operated business. You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products using our proven selling process and the bedMatch diagnostic sleep system. Preferred Qualifications Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Typical 4–5‑day workweek offers 40–55 hours per week. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with showroom floor reset and loading mattresses onto vehicles. Deliver a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving lives through sleep solutions. Experience with state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile POS, and the exclusive bedMatch system. Winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
