Construction Electrical Project Manager

Project ManagerManage project money, manpower, and materials effectively.Plan all phases of projects to ensure successful execution.Build and maintain project schedules; review schedules weekly and use them to drive production.Deliver plan changes to electricians promptly.Advise electricians and field personnel on the safest and most efficient methods of performing work.Identify and assist with pre-fabrication opportunities.Conduct regular jobsite visits to evaluate project progress, analyze percent complete, and discuss next steps with foremen.Be proactive in identifying and resolving issues before they occur.Maintain strong communication with clients and represent the company professionally.Build and strengthen relationships with general contractors, owners, and customers.Engage with GC superintendents and leadership teams during jobsite visits to improve coordination and planning.Promote a positive company image and help grow the customer base through relationship development.
