We are hiring Behavioral Health Specialist - Child & Adolescent IOP Location: Willowbrook, TX | In-Person | Full Time Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM We're looking for a Behavioral Health Specialist (BHS) to join our Child & Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Willowbrook, TX. What You'll Do Support adolescents participating in our Child & Adolescent IOP Build positive, trusting relationships with patients ages 11-17 Provide support to adolescents experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment Collaborate with therapists, clinicians, and other members of the treatment team Communicate observations and relevant patient information effectively Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner Demonstrate sound judgment and respond appropriately to challenging situations What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, or a related mental health field preferred, but not required Previous experience in a mental health, behavioral health, or healthcare setting preferred, but not required Experience working with children or adolescents ages 11-17 preferred.
