Role Description The Senior Vice President of Advertising is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading end-to-end advertising strategy and execution across all channels to grow brand awareness, membership, and revenue. This role oversees the development of integrated advertising campaigns, guides media planning and buying, and ensures consistent brand messaging across digital, social, out-of-home, and emerging platforms. The Senior Vice President partners closely with marketing, brand, sales, studio operations, and finance teams to align advertising initiatives with business goals and performance targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing external agencies and vendors, setting budgets, tracking campaign performance, optimizing spend, and presenting data-driven insights to executive leadership. The role also includes mentoring and developing team members, establishing best practices, and proactively identifying new opportunities for brand growth in existing and new markets.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing large-scale advertising or marketing functions, including strategic planning, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Expertise in media planning and buying across digital, social, search, programmatic, and traditional channels, with a strong focus on performance measurement and optimization.
• Proficiency in data analysis, marketing analytics platforms, and A/B testing to guide decisions, refine campaigns, and report on key performance indicators.
• Strong knowledge of brand positioning, creative development, and storytelling, with the ability to translate business goals into compelling, customer-centric campaigns.
• Experience managing agency relationships and vendor contracts, including negotiation, scope definition, and performance oversight.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with comfort presenting to senior and executive leadership.
• Background in fitness, wellness, retail, or subscription-based businesses is beneficial, along with experience in high-growth or multi-location environments. xhyhwjd
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
