Veterinary Technician

South Cherokee Veterinary Hospital, located in Woodstock, Georgia, is looking for an experienced veterinary technician to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with ultrasound, dental x-ray, digital radiology, rooming patients, placing IV catheters, drawing blood and running bloodwork, have experience with proper animal handling and restraint, understand the importance of client education, and is a positive and supportive team player. Orthopedic experience would be a bonus. The knowledge of basic technician skills is a must. Our hospital strives to find a balance of work and life for our employees. Requirements:

• 1+ years of veterinary technician experience
• Knowledge of industry tools and equipment
• Experience with proper animal handling and restraint (low stress)
• Team player willing to continue to learn
