Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP (SLP-CCC or CFY candidates are encouraged)
• Experience working in school settings is preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are welcome
• Effective teamwork and communication abilities
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress reports
• Provide input to IEP meetings and participate in multidisciplinary teams
