New Grad RN Resident

HCA Healthcare is seeking New Grad RN Residents to join our HCA Midwest hospitals. In this role, you’ll provide safe, compassionate patient care under the guidance of experienced preceptors while completing a structured nurse residency program. You’ll assess and monitor patients, administer medications, support treatments and procedures, and collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans. Residents participate in classroom learning, simulation, and bedside training, gaining experience in acute care settings while building clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills for a successful nursing career.
