Job Description Field Service Technician Based within 200 miles of Philadelphia, PA $35.00 - $42.00 per hour USA Travel Role Processing & Packaging Machinery Manufacturer We're recruiting for an experienced Field Service Technician to join a leading machine manufacturer supporting customers across North America. This is a travel-based role installing, commissioning and servicing automated processing and packaging equipment while providing hands-on technical support and outstanding customer service. What You'll Do Install, commission and start up processing and packaging equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and pneumatic faults Perform preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs Troubleshoot automated machinery at customer facilities Train operators on equipment operation and safety procedures Complete service reports and documentation using Salesforce Recommend equipment upgrades, spare parts and future service requirements Represent the company professionally while supporting customers across North America What We're Looking For Associate Degree or Technical Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related field 3+ years' field service or industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical, electrical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills Experience working on automated manufacturing, processing or packaging equipment Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States with occasional international travel Relevant Job Titles: Field Service Technician, Field Service Engineer, Service Technician, Service Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Packaging Service Technician, Automation Service Technician.
