Urgent Care Physician Assistant

APP - Urgent Care Located: Big Spring, TX •Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a collaborative Urgent Care team in Big Spring, Texas. •Full-time, permanent position. •Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals of all ages with acute illnesses and minor injuries. •Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of non-life-threatening medical conditions in a fast-paced outpatient setting. •Perform routine procedures within the scope of practice, including wound care, laceration repair, splinting, incision and drainage, and other minor office procedures. •Order and interpret laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic studies as appropriate. •Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and support personnel to ensure efficient, coordinated patient care. •Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and appropriate follow-up. •Utilize electronic medical records and evidence-based clinical guidelines to promote quality outcomes. •Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on clinic needs. •Competitive compensation package with quality and productivity incentives.
