Securitas Security Services is looking for Security Officers in Wilmington, MA and surrounding areas. 

Site locations, shifts and pay rates vary depending on client site.

Event Details:

When: Wednesday September 23, 2026

Time: 12PM-5PM

Where: Securitas Branch Office - 60H Concord St, Wilmington, MA 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Reliable and professional individuals with strong communication skills
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout a shift
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior security experience is a plus, but training will be available for qualified candidates
• Candidates must meet applicable licensing and background requirements
• Must be available to cover various posts during the assigned shift. Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays as determined and scheduled annually 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Protect people, property, and premises while providing exceptional customer service
• Monitor access points, security systems, and designated areas
• Conduct patrols and maintain a visible security presence
• Respond to incidents and emergencies according to site procedures
• Complete detailed reports and documentation
• Assist employees, visitors, and customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Follow all Securitas and client policies and procedures
