This position will use various woodworking tools, such as a hand‑held router, table saw, band saw, miter saw, sander, and varnish materials. This must be accomplished by following the manufacturing specifications while working in a safe and organized work environment. We are looking for a dependable, personable individual who has the ability to work alone or with a team. Must have an eye for details and quality. Job Responsibilities Sand and varnish units per specifications prescribed on the Tiara Yachts work instructions with minimal supervision. Read and understand units of measure. Communicate the current product, process, or material constraints or issues to the team leader. Perform physical tasks for long periods, including standing, kneeling, lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, using hands, and working with various materials. Accurately see color. Assist in training team members to develop job knowledge and improve performance when asked. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management. Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Pass a background check, drug test and physical. Ability to work overtime as requested. Promote a safe and clean work environment. Willingness to work on a team or individually. Able to follow manufacturing instruction and understand processes. Practice PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) policies as mandated per area, including use of safety glasses/goggles, hearing protection, etc. Follow company safety guidelines.
