Certified Hand Therapist

We are seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to join our Bellingham clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician experienced in upper-extremity rehabilitation who values evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and professional growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate and treat patients with upper-extremity injuries and conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, splinting, and patient education
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Communicate with referral sources, case managers, and the clinical team
• Participate in continuing education and specialty skill development

Qualifications:

• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy (DPT/MPT) or Occupational Therapy (OTD/OTR) program
• Washington State PT or OT license (or license-eligible)
• Strong manual therapy and splinting skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Experience with return-to-work cases preferred
