Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience working in school settings is highly valued
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Comfort serving a diverse student population across grade levels

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs among students
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to individual student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student success
• Document progress and update IEPs as required by district and state guidelines
• Participate in meetings and multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive student care
• Provide direct therapy both individually and in small group settings
• Educate staff and families on effective strategies for supporting students' communication skills
