Build and cultivate authentic relationships with new and existing clients in the Manchester area.

Assess the individual needs of families and businesses to recommend suitable insurance coverage.

Guide clients through the claims process with patience and clear communication when they need us most.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation remains up to date.

Collaborate with our small, supportive team to reach collective goals and improve our processes.

Stay updated on changes in the insurance landscape to provide the most current and relevant advice.

Active New Hampshire Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Previous experience in insurance sales or a related client-facing role.

Strong comfort level with computers and digital management systems.

Clear and thoughtful verbal communication skills.

A genuine interest in helping others protect what matters most to them.

Strong organizational habits to manage daily appointments and follow-ups.
