We are searching for a Customer Service/Data Entry person to assist the ecommerce and brick & mortar stores. Responsibilities

Order entry processing

Printing and matching shipping labels to work orders

Processing Bill of Ladings

Entering tracking #s

Online inventory management

Obtaining freight quotes

UPS and FedEx shipments processing

Answering Phones and responding to a lot of emails througout the day

Processing part orders

Supporting Outside sales reps with Marketing materials

Mailing consumers product color block samples, fabric samples, etc.

Required Skills:

• Multitasking, data entry skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills
• Adapt quickly, efficiently, and positively to various projects assigned.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Must remain professional under every circumstance with all customers and other colleagues
• Microsoft Office Suite experience is required
