Brand and Design Lead

Owning the visual identity and design strategy, the full-time Brand and Design Lead will elevate the brand's presence across all platforms, manage the company website, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful visuals in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Evolve and steward Coram's visual identity and brand guidelines Design and manage the company website to enhance user engagement and conversion Set visual standards for marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales collateral Required qualifications: 8+ years in brand and/or design with senior creative leadership experience Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects) A portfolio showcasing strong design taste and intentionality Experience in building and leading design teams and managing agency partnerships Hands-on leadership style with active involvement in design processes
