Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience restoring properties affected by water, fire, and mold damage. This position requires someone who is dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a variety of environments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleanup and restoration services for properties affected by water, fire, and mold damage.
• Assist with demolition, removal, cleaning, drying, and restoration of damaged areas.
• Use restoration equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Assess damage and assist with determining the appropriate restoration process.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous restoration experience required.
• Experience with water damage restoration required.
• Experience with fire damage restoration required.
• Experience with mold remediation required.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
