Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and file close-out./liliJob File Documentation Review and validate initial field documentation, create preliminary estimate, perform daily job file coordination, perform job file backup./liliJob File Communication and Reporting Maintain internal communications with project managers and production team, maintain external communications with customer and insurance company, prepare job file reports./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpNecessary Experience and Skill Set/pulliA minimum of two years of business experience./liliWorking knowledge of current business software technologies./liliSuperb customer service and administrative skills./liliStrong communication and organizational skills./liliExperience in water and fire restoration or insurance industry is desired./liliExperience in writing estimates and the job file process./li/ulpFormal Education/Training/pulliHigh school diploma/GED required./li/ulpPhysical and Work Environment Requirements/pulliThis is a largely sedentary role in an office environment. However, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary./li/ulpNormal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements/pulliThis is a full-time position working 8:00am5:00pm, MondayFriday. This position may require longer hours and some flexibility in hours may be needed, depending upon the business needs.
