Onsite Construction Manager - New Homes & Quality

Hakes Brothers is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all home construction activities from pre-construction through warranty. You will supervise trade contractors, maintain the build schedule, ensure safety, quality, and exceptional customer service throughout the journey. Daily you will update schedules, coordinate inspections, and guide crews to meet milestones while keeping a clean, well-managed jobsite. Requires 2+ years of mgmt experience and a HS diploma.
