Job Responsibilities Administer anesthesia for outpatient surgical procedures in a state-of-the-art facility Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and manage anesthesia delivery Provide post-anesthesia care and patient education Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and anesthesia records in compliance with regulatory standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM schedule Job Requirements Current and valid CRNA license in good standing Eligibility for Florida state credentialing and licensure Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Outpatient surgery center experience preferred Gastroenterology (GI) anesthesia experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Commitment to patient safety and quality care delivery About Hollywood Hills, Florida Hollywood Hills is one of South Florida's most sought-after residential communities, offering an exceptional quality of life with tree-lined streets, beautiful parks, and diverse dining options.
