RN Nurse Manager Critical Care ICU

HCA Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager for our Critical Care ICU team. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily unit operations, ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, and support a culture of compassion and teamwork. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring ICU nursing staff, managing staffing and scheduling, monitoring clinical quality and safety, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will help drive evidence-based practice, support staff education, and lead performance improvement initiatives while promoting HCA’s values of integrity, innovation, and continuous learning.
