Physical Therapist - Outpatient - License Required

Now Hiring Physical Therapist - Full-time Outpatient Door County Medical Center 2345 Canterbury Ln, Sister Bay, WI 54234 Position includes a relocation bonus and access to the Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. Overview Due to growth, Door County Medical Center is growing and seeking a Physical Therapist to join the team in Sister Bay, WI. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week available. Candidates available a minimum of 32 hours across four weekdays will also be considered. We welcome applicants at all experience levels, including new graduates, and provide support accordingly. Caseload / Patient Population The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic hospital outpatient setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team! The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported. Full-time Physical Therapists can expect to see 4 to 7 patients per day, with a gradual ramp-up period until they are comfortable with their caseload. Dedicated time is provided for documentation. All care is provided on a 1:1 basis with no double bookings. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position is in the range of $40 to $64 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Full benefit details are available upon request. Work Schedule The clinic operates Monday through Friday 8a-4:30p, with no major holidays. After the first year of employment, clinicians may be assigned 2 to 3 Saturdays per year as part of the hospital inpatient rotation. One year of previous experience is preferred, but not required. New grad PTs will be supported and mentored. Full-time is required, 40 hours per week are available.
