Local CDL-A Driver - PTO accrues from day one

This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week.

• $18 per hour
• Holiday pay per day: $220

Automatically Applied Eligible Activities:

• Daily tenure rate*: $3 - $36 per day after one year of service
• Cent per mile rate: $0.40
• Detention pay: $22 - $26 per hour
• Drop and hook pay: $30.00 per stop
• Live load/unload per stop: $45
• Hazmat per load: $25
• Refrigerated per load: $30

Manually Entered & Manager Approved Eligible Activities:

• Bay congestion pay: $30 per occurrence
• Chassis moves: $10 per move
• Cross-town pay: $15 per move
• Compliance duties: $22 per hour
• Driver assist: $10 per occurrence
• Driver unload: $45 per occurrence
• Empty moves: $15 per move
• Empty search: $22 per hour
• Long length of haul pay: $20 per occurrence
• Lowering/scraping hazmat placards: $22 per hour
• Mechanical breakdown pay: $22 per hour
• Non-mechanical rail delay: $22 per hour
• Refused delivery: $30 per stop
• Show up pay: $60 per occurrence
• Safety training: $22 per hour
• Truck order not used: $15 per occurrence
• Waiting on power unit: $22 per hour
• Yard work/checks: $22 per hour
• New hire training: $22 per hour
• Rest breaks paid at the hourly rate, plus an additional amount for the activity-based bonus payment.
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $71,000.
