Manage clinical operations, services, personnel, and office operations Qualifications Required graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.Required to have and maintain a valid clinical license, per state requirements, or in accordance with the board of nursing rules for a compact nurse license.Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with a review and approval from the vice president operations or regional presidentRequired to have previous experience practicing under the professional license for this position.Required to have minimum of two years of nursing experience within the immediate previous 36 months.Required to have minimum of one year of experience with home health.Required to have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines that govern the operation of a home care office.Required to have and maintain CPR certification, as required by position.Required to have and maintain a valid state driver license in the current state of residenceRequired to have and maintain automobile liability insurance, as required by lawRequired to have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.Preferred previous experience in a management position.Preferred previous experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).Preferred bilingual (English/Spanish) with the ability to facilitate clear communication with patients and caregivers, improve service delivery, and support positive patient outcomes.Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition and be able to safely drive in all types of weather conditions.Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.Demonstrated intermediate technology skills.
