Details 65-bed, pod-based Emergency Department serving all patient populations, including a separate pediatric pod and a dedicated Acute Mental Health area High-volume unit averaging approximately 230 visits per day Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 Shift hours are 19:00–07:30 (nights), 36 hours per week Every other weekend (EOW) required Night position does not rotate; however, day rotation (7a–7p, 11a–11p, & 7p–7a) may occasionally be requested at low frequency Floating is required EMR: Epic (ASAP module) — experience preferred Free on-site parking available Requirements Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted AHA-certified BLS, ACLS, and PALS required — AHA is the only accepted provider for this facility TNCC and NRP certifications strongly preferred Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience required Proficiency in general ED skills including assessment, documentation, IV placement, phlebotomy, EKG, cardiac monitoring, point-of-care testing, splinting, critical thinking, and patient education Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted 2 professional references required for consideration Additional Information Candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of the facility are considered local and will be placed at a reduced rate RTO (requested time off) must be disclosed at the time of consideration Timekeeping system: UKG/Kronos American Traveler Job ID P-716078.
