Be part of an extraordinary life!Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining residential apartments and common areas through timely, efficient repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable community.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine and emergency repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, doors/locks)Respond quickly to service requests and equipment issuesComplete work orders accurately and on timeAssist with HVAC troubleshooting and minor repairsSupport team projects and seasonal tasks (e.g., snow removal)Maintain tools, materials, and supply inventoryParticipate in on-call rotation and overtime as neededQualifications:High school diploma or GED1–2 years of maintenance experience (residential or commercial preferred)Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairsStrong communication and customer service skillsReliable, flexible, and team-orientedPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (more with assistance)Frequent standing, walking, bending, and ladder useJoin a community that values hospitality, professionalism, and making a difference every day.
