Program Overview Temecula Valley Hospital is launching a 12‑week Emergency Department (ED) New to Specialty/New Graduate (New Grad) program for Registered Nurses (RN). The program starts on August 10, 2026 and blends computer‑based learning modules, didactic and hands‑on classroom instruction, and clinical preceptoring. Program Details • 12‑week intensive training in the ED. • Night shift only positions. • Dedicated preceptors provide clinical oversight. • Program begins on August 10, 2026 . • Interviews scheduled for July 1, 2026 . Qualifications New to Specialty: Minimum one (1) year of acute hospital care experience and a current California RN license. New Graduate: Completion of an accredited RN program, current California RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA) certifications. NIHSS certification required within 5 days of hire. CPR certification within 90 days of hire. Two letters of recommendation required at the time of interview. Application Deadline Deadline to apply is June 9, 2026 .
