Director, Total Rewards — Hybrid DC Leader (Washington)

National Public Radio is seeking a Director of Total Rewards to lead compensation and benefits, drive strategy, and oversee HRIS integrations. The role partners across HR, Finance, and Legal to implement robust total rewards programs, ensure compliance, and manage vendor relationships.

The position requires 10+ years in benefits and compensation with leadership experience, and deep UKG HRIS expertise. This hybrid role is based in the Washington, DC area with eligibility to reside in DC/MD/VA.
