We have openings for both Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about providing quality care and enriching the lives of our residents.If you're looking for meaningful work where you can build relationships, make a difference every day, and be part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!Available ShiftsWe are currently hiring for:PM ShiftsOvernight ShiftsWeekend ShiftsShift DifferentialsPM Shift: +$1.00 per hourOvernight Shift: +$2.00 per hourAdditional holiday pay differential availablePay & BenefitsCompetitive pay from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience and certificationHealth InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Holiday Pay DifferentialSupportive team environmentOpportunities to grow within the organizationWhat You'll DoAs a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or CNA at Maplewood Manor, you'll help residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while creating a warm and welcoming environment.Responsibilities may include:Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingHelping residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulationProviding companionship and emotional supportAssisting with meals and encouraging proper nutrition and hydrationPerforming light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, clean living environmentObserving and reporting changes in resident conditions to nursing staffProviding medication reminders and assistance as directedDocumenting care and communicating effectively with team membersEncouraging resident participation in social and recreational activitiesQualificationsCompassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitudeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to provide respectful, resident-centered careCNA certification preferred for CNA positionsPrevious caregiving experience is helpful but not required for Home Health Aide positionsWhy Maplewood Manor?At Maplewood Manor, our residents are family, and our team members are the heart of everything we do.
