Step onto our floor at 6:00 a.m., power up your Acme-Gridley, and take a job from blueprint to finished component. For more than 80 years, our Euclid-based manufacturing team has built a reputation for quality and reliability—and we’re adding an experienced Acme setup expert to keep that legacy strong.

• Interpret prints and layouts, plan the setup, and bring parts to spec from first piece to completion.
• Set cams, gears, attachments, and tooling to achieve cycle time and quality targets.
• Apply advanced tooling knowledge, including: dovetail forms, floating shaves, knee tools, knurling, tapping, thread rolling, accelerated reaming, recess, and pick-off attachments.
• Troubleshoot, fine-tune, and document setups for repeatability.

• Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Weekly pay.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Acme-Gridley or similar multi-spindle screw machines (preferred).
• Proven ability to set up from print/layout through to finished part.
• Working knowledge of cams, gears, attachments, and the tooling listed above.
• Reliable, team-oriented mindset with an eye for quality and safety.

• Temp-to-hire pathway in approximately 90 days for long-term employment.
