Role Overview: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN), you will deliver safe, high-quality patient care by administering medications, managing lines or drains, and assisting with interventions such as cardiac monitoring and respiratory support. You will observe patients for subtle changes, elevate concerns promptly, document updates accurately, and help patients and families understand complex conditions. Collaborating with RNs, providers, and specialists, you'll support patient stabilization and the transition from intensive care to recovery.
