  NOW HIRING — AUTOMOTIVE RESTYLING SHOP MANAGER  

  Tint World® — Paramus, NJ

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated  Shop Manager to lead our Paramus location. This is more than a window tint position — we’re looking for someone with  strong hands-on knowledge across multiple automotive appearance and technology services .

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Candidates should have professional experience and knowledge in:

•   Window Tint
•   Paint Protection Film (PPF)
• ✨  Auto Detailing
•   Ceramic Coating
•  12V Automotive Electronics / Accessories

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily shop operations and production workflow
• Lead, train, and motivate technicians and installers
• Oversee the quality and completion of all customer vehicles
• Ensure proper installation standards for tint, PPF, detailing, ceramic coating, and 12V products
• Inspect completed work and maintain exceptional quality standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and address questions or concerns
• Assist customers in selecting the right products and services
• Manage scheduling, workflow, productivity, and turnaround times
• Help drive sales and achieve monthly shop goals
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and shop organization
• Create a professional, positive, and accountable team environment

✅ THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has  proven experience in automotive restyling/detailing
• Understands  window tint, PPF, ceramic coating, and detailing
• Has solid 12V automotive electrical/accessory knowledge
• Has previous shop management or team leadership experience
• Can confidently oversee technicians and installers
• Has excellent customer-service and communication skills
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Is dependable, professional, and results-driven
