Elevate Care is looking for a compassionate Restorative Aide to join our dedicated team! If you are a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a passion for helping residents regain or maintain their highest level of function and independence, this is the role for you. You'll play a vital role in providing restorative care and assisting residents in achieving their personal health goals.

Your Responsibilities:
Assist with Restorative Care Plans Work with residents to implement individualized care plans focused on rehabilitation and functional independence. Promote Mobility & Function Help residents with exercises, mobility, and activities of daily living to improve strength and range of motion. Track Resident Progress Monitor and document residents' improvement and progress in their restorative goals. Provide Therapeutic Activities Lead or assist in therapeutic exercises and activities to maintain or improve residents' abilities. Collaborate with Nursing & Therapy Teams Ensure consistent, coordinated care for optimal results. Maintain Accurate Records Keep clear and up-to-date documentation of care provided and progress made.
Qualifications:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification Previous Experience in Restorative Nursing or Long-Term Care (Preferred). Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills. Ability to Work Independently & as Part of a Team. A Compassionate, Patient-Centered Approach to Care. Ability to Assist with Physical Activities and Mobility Tasks.
