How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

Deliver hands-on patient care and execute physician and nursing orders following organizational protocols.

Implement, monitor, and adjust individualized patient care plans.

Continuously track, document, and report changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.

Serve as the primary lead coordinating care across all clinical disciplines.

Assess post-care needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to prepare patients for discharge.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

Licensed Compact State Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

One or more of the following:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Instructor specializing in Basic Life Support obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program credentialed from the S.T.A.B.L.E. Program obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

Instructor specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

Instructor specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
