• Children's Mental Health
• Integrated Healthcare – targeted mental health case management, Behavioral Home Health

Fraser School

Located in Richfield, MN

• Infant and Toddler childcare programs
• Pre-school and Kindergarten readiness programs

Community Living

Located at private and public residences across the Twin Cities metro

• Supervised Living group homes
• Supportive Living apartments
• Home-Based – waivered in home, respite care
• Independent Living courts

Waiver Case Management

Based in Bloomington, MN with caseloads in Anoka, Hennepin, Dakota, and Ramsey Counties

• DD Waiver
• CADI/BI Waiver

Clinical

• Adult Mental Health – ARMHS, out-patient therapy service

Clinical Administration

• Client Access
• Health Information Management
• Revenue Cycle – insurance eligibility & authorizations, accounts receivable

Central Administration
