Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: Must have state RN license in hand for auto offer Certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred, CNOR preferred Must-Have: - Must have state RN license in hand for auto offer. - Call limited to coverage for any call-offs only. - Weekend coverage required. - Traveler can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks. Description: This position is for an Operating Room Registered Nurse. The assignment length is 13 weeks. Shift responsibilities include working 4 days a week, with varying shift start times. Experience in operating room settings is required, with a minimum of 2 years. This role requires applicants to be experienced in using Epic charting systems. Candidates should possess skills in various surgical procedures. Orientation hours are required for all new hires. Health and safety compliance, including the acceptance of Hep B vaccines, must be adhered to. Applicants should be willing to float within the facility as needed. Candidates must provide references covering recent work experience. The facility treats a variety of patient diagnoses including trauma, cancer, and pediatrics. Special equipment usage may include advanced robotic systems. All time-off requests will be considered individually. Travelers must be willing to work during major holidays. Housing options in the area may be limited, and candidates should explore availability prior to starting.
