Physical Therapist Outpatient $25,000 Bonus

Job Overview This position is responsible for screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities in accordance with standard physical therapy practices. The Physical Therapist consults, educates, and trains patients and their caregivers. Responsibilities Perform and document initial and ongoing assessments of the patient's condition. Develop and describe treatment plans, including exercise regimens at the clinic and at home to increase flexibility, strength, or endurance. Use various modalities to relieve pain and reduce swelling. Determine the patient's ability to be independent and reintegrate into the workplace or community after injury or illness. Qualifications Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. Active Montana state Physical Therapist licensure. Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association. Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. Highly organized and analytical. Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism. Team player capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Location & Salary Location: Holy Rosary Hospital, Miles City, Montana Position type: Full‑time, Part‑time, and PRN.
