We are seeking friendly, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our team as a Flexible Support Team Member . This position provides support in multiple departments, helping ensure our residents receive excellent care and service throughout the day.

• Provide support in Housekeeping, Dietary, and Recreational Therapy departments as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining resident rooms and common areas.
• Assist with meal service, dining room support, and dietary tasks.
• Assist residents with activities and recreational programs.
• Follow department procedures and safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members across departments.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Will receive training in Housekeeping, Dietary, and Recreational Therapy.
• Ability to work in multiple departments based on daily staffing and resident needs.

• 6 shifts per two-week pay period.
• 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM shifts, including every other weekend and holiday.

• Must be able to work the assigned position for the first 90 days of employment.
• Must be flexible and willing to work in different departments as needed.
• Must be able to provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff.
