Customer Care Representative

The Customer Care Representative provides exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and handling requests efficiently. This role involves direct communication with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The schedule for the Customer Care Representative is 8am-5pm Monday-Friday September-March, and flexible 25 hours/week April-August. $19-$21 per hour plus commissions.
